Len minibar to facilitate refraction

PURPOE: To decribe a len minibar that facilitate refraction. METHOD: Ten lene of 1-diopter increment were glued to form a hyperopic minibar (range from +1.00 to +5.00) and a myopic minibar (range from −1.00 to −5.00), the ize of a credit card. REULT: The len minibar allowed expedited refraction in children and in conultation that took place outide the clinic. CONCLUION: The len minibar i an inexpenive, mall, lightweight tool that facilitate quick refraction.
