Chronic clinical coure of two patient with evere corneal dytrophy caued by homozygou R124H mutation in the βig-h3 gene

PURPOE: To report the chronic clinical coure of two patient with homozygou R124H mutation in the βig-h3 gene. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Two patient with homozygou R124H mutation in the βig-h3 gene developed evere juvenile corneal opacitie that required keratoplaty. After urgery, corneal opacitie recurred and limited the recovery of viual acuity in the chronic follow-up. CONCLUION: In patient with homozygou R124H mutation in the βig-h3 gene, recurrence of corneal opacitie after keratoplaty limit the recovery of viual acuity in the chronic follow-up.
