Intraocular lacrimal gland choritoma involving iri and ciliary body

PURPOE: To decribe clinical and pathologic feature of an iridociliary lacrimal gland choritoma in which the diagnoi wa made clinically and confirmed hitopathologically. METHOD: Cae report with clinical, ultraound biomicrocopic, and hitopathologic obervation. REULT: We examined a 12-month-old male for a large iri ma that had been preent ince birth. We upected it to be a lacrimal gland choritoma baed on characteritic clinical feature. The leion wa removed by iridocyclectomy, and the diagnoi of lacrimal gland choritoma wa confirmed. CONCLUION: Intraocular lacrimal gland choritoma ha unique clinical feature that hould ugget the diagnoi.
