Intraocular hemorrhage aociated with endocopic pinal urgery

PURPOE: To report the occurrence of intraocular hemorrhage in aociation with endocopic pinal urgery. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A 40-year-old patient noted evere viual lo in both eye after epidural endocopy, epidurography, and endocopic adheiolyi. Ophthalmic examination howed a bet-corrected viual acuity of RE: 20/800, and LE: counting finger, and extenive ubhyaloid, retinal, and ubretinal hemorrhage in both eye. The hemorrhage reolved over a period of 8 week and the bet-corrected viual acuity improved to 20/40 in both eye after 4 month.
