Abstract
PURPOE: To report increaed eyelid pigmentation a an advere ide effect aociated with topical latanoprot.
METHOD: Cae report. A 62-year-old Korean woman with normal-tenion glaucoma developed bilateral increaed eyelid kin pigmentation 4 month after beginning treatment with latanoprot in both eye. Clinical examination were performed, and external photograph were taken.
REULT: Latanoprot wa dicontinued. Periodic examination revealed that the eyelid kin pigmentation gradually diminihed 1 month after the ceation of the drug, and decreae in pigmentation continued over 4 month of follow-up.
CONCLUION: An increae in eyelid kin pigmentation i a poible complication of topical latanoprot therapy, and the ceation of the drug can reult in lo of induced pigmentation in human
