Acute angle-cloure glaucoma after albuterol nebulizer treatment

%PURPOE: To report acute angle-cloure glaucoma aociated with albuterol nebulizer treatment. METHOD: Cae report and review of the relevant literature. REULT: In a 75-year-old woman with athma, acute angle-cloure glaucoma in the right eye wa probably caued by local aborption of albuterol after nebulizer adminitration. CONCLUION: A albuterol i widely ued in the management of patient with athma, increaed awarene by health care profeional of the potential for acute angle-cloure glaucoma econdary to albuterol may decreae the incidence of thi complication.
