Chorioretinal involvement in primary ytemic nonfamilial amyloidoi

PURPOE: To report a cae of primary ytemic nonfamilial amyloidoi tudied by fluorecein angiography and indocyanine green angiography. METHOD: Cae report. A 59-year-old woman with primary ytemic nonfamilial amyloidoi preented bilateral diffue deep hemorrhage and pigmentary mottling at the poterior pole. REULT: On fluorecein angiography bilateral diffue area of hypofluorecence were preent. Indocyanine green angiography howed large hypofluorecent area with hypofluorecent line in the midperiphery and hyperfluorecent treak in the peripapillary area. CONCLUION: In thi cae of primary ytemic nonfamilial amyloidoi, diffue bilateral chorioretinal abnormalitie included hemorrhage and pigmentary mottling at the poterior pole, with hypofluorecent area on fluorecein angiography and indocyanine green angiography, a well a hypofluorecent line in the midperiphery.
