Bilateral diffue choroidal hemangioma with unilateral facial nevu flammeu in turge–Weber yndrome

PURPOE: To report bilateral choroidal hemangioma aociated with unilateral facial nevu flammeu in turge–Weber yndrome. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A 6-year-old male with a left facial nevu flammeu and a hitory of a left cerebral angioma had been followed 2 year for increaing eotropia. Examination demontrated bilateral diffue choroidal hemangioma with overlying exudative retinal detachment. After bilateral external beam radiotherapy, the retinal detachment reolved and viion improved. CONCLUION: Patient with turge–Weber yndrome and unilateral facial nevu flammeu may harbor bilateral choroidal hemangioma. Clinical manifetation of the turge–Weber yndrome are characteritically unilateral and ipilateral to the facial nevu flammeu. Bilateral choroidal hemangioma aociated with bilateral facial nevu flammeu are rare.[1 and 2] We report bilateral diffue choroidal hemangioma aociated with unilateral facial nevu flammeu in turge–Weber yndrome
