Pachymeningiti with peudo–Foter Kennedy yndrome

PURPOE: To report a cae of pachymeningiti with peudo–Foter Kennedy yndrome in a patient who wa poitive for perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplamic antibody. METHOD: Cae report. A 44-year-old man wa examined for headache and diplopia. REULT: Left eye howed limitation of abduction. Ocular fundu, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic reonance imaging (MRI) of the head and orbit were normal. The diplopia ubided pontaneouly. ix month later, he noticed udden viual lo in the left eye. The left eye howed optic dik atrophy and epicleriti, and the right eye howed papilloedema. Computed tomography and MRI exhibited thickened dura mater. erum perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplamic antibody level wa highly increaed. CONCLUION: Pachymeningiti with ocular involvement ometime require repeated CT or MRI for diagnoi. Thi diorder may be caued by microvaculiti.
