Optical coherence tomograghy to confirm early cloure of macular hole

PURPOE: To report that optical coherence tomography a early a 24 hour after macular hole urgery how anatomic configuration of the cloed macular hole. METHOD: In a propective tudy, even eye of even conecutive patient with tage 3 or 4 idiopathic macular hole underwent urgery. Optical coherence tomography wa performed preoperatively and at 24, 48, and 72 hour after the urgery. REULT: Optical coherence tomography image could be obtained on four out of the even eye at 24 hour after urgery. Thee image howed anatomic configuration of the cloed macular hole. urgical ucce wa confirmed in all of the eye when the ga wa completely aborbed. CONCLUION: Optical coherence tomography revealed anatomic configuration of urgically cloed macular hole within 24 hour after ucceful urgery
