Orbital xanthoma in a 9-month-old infant

PURPOE: To report a cae of orbital xanthoma in a 9-month-old female. METHOD: A 9-month-old female preented with a ma in the uperior temporal left orbit ince birth. Clinically, a dermoid cyt wa upected. REULT: The orbital tumor wa removed through an inciion in the upper eyelid creae. Pathologic diagnoi wa orbital xanthoma. CONCLUION: Orbital xanthoma hould be added to the differential diagnoi of orbital tumor in children.
