Gatric ignet ring cell adenocarcinoma metatatic to the iri

PURPOE: To report a cae of gatric ignet ring cell adenocarcinoma metatatic to the iri. METHOD: Cae report. A 38-year-old man with a hitory of gatric ignet ring cell adenocarcinoma preented with a white lacework-like ma on the iri of the left eye. REULT: ytemic medical evaluation demontrated no other metatai. Becaue of increaed intraocular preure, trabeculectomy and peripheral iridectomy were performed. Hitology of the iri pecimen demontrated metatai of gatric ignet ring cell adenocarcinoma to the iri. CONCLUION: Gatric ignet ring cell carcinoma can metataize to the iri. Ophthalmologit hould include thi poibility in the differential diagnoi when encountering a patient with a hitory of gatric adenocarcinoma and an iri ma.
