Malattia leventinee preenting with ubretinal neovacular membrane and hemorrhage

PURPOE: To report a cae of malattia leventinee involving ubretinal hemorrhage. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Two week after initial preentation, the viual acuity of thi 34-year-old man decreaed to LE: 20/100. Funducopic evaluation revealed a ubretinal hemorrhage involving the center of the foveal in the left eye that wa interpreted a econdary to a neovacular membrane on fluorecein angiography. The patient did well after the removal of the ubmacular material by par plana vitrectomy. CONCLUION: Patient with malattia leventinee may occaionally preent with ubmacular hemorrhage. Prompt diagnoi and intervention may enhance the patient’ chance for viual improvement.
