Granulomatou kerato-conjunctiviti a a manifetation of Hodgkin lymphoma

PURPOE: To report atypical kerato-conjunctiviti a a manifetation of Hodgkin dieae. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A 19-year old woman preented with conjunctival nodule and corneal infiltrate. Diffue lymph node enlargement occurred, but not in the preauricular or ubmandibular area. Extenive microbiologic examination wa negative. Conjunctival biopy howed noncaeating granuloma. Inguinal lymph node biopy howed Hodgkin lymphoma, and chemotherapy wa intituted. Ocular ign reolved after 6 week, but a corneal car remained. CONCLUION: The appearance of conjunctival granuloma and corneal infiltrate may repreent a clinical manifetation of Hodgkin lymphoma.
