Capular bag ditention yndrome after combined cataract-len implant urgery and ahmed valve implantation

PURPOE: To decribe the capular bag ditention yndrome after combined cataract extraction with poterior len implant and aqueou drainage device. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A peritently hallow anterior chamber and low intraocular preure developed after combined cataract extraction with poterior chamber len implant and Ahmed aqueou drainage device. An optically empty pace between the len implant and poterior capule wa detected 18 day after urgery. The anterior chamber deepened within minute after Nd:YAG poterior capulotomy. CONCLUION: The capular bag ditention yndrome need to be included in the differential diagnoi of hallow anterior chamber with low intraocular preure after combined cataract extraction and glaucoma valve implant urgery
