Abstract :
PURPOE: To report an unuual cae of orange pigment peudohypopyon overlying a choroidal nevu. METHOD: Obervational cae report. A 45-year-old man preented with bet-corrected viual acuity of 20/25 and metamorphopia in the right eye econdary to localized ubfoveal fluid. The detachment diplayed a peculiar appearance of layered orange pigment, like a peudohypopyon in it inferior apect. Cloer inpection revealed an underlying choroidal nevu and no choroidal neovacular membrane. REULT: After 31 month of follow-up without treatment, the ize of the nevu and viual acuity remained table and metamorphopia continued to reolve a the orange pigment and the ubretinal fluid diappeared completely. CONCLUION: An otherwie table choroidal nevu can diplay overlying clump of orange pigment and rarely maive accumulation of orange pigment in the form of a peudohypopyon. Orange pigment peudohypopyon can pontaneouly reolve with preerved viual acuity
