Ultraound biomicrocopy before and after gonioynechialyi

PURPOE: To report the ultraound biomicrocopic appearance of the anterior chamber angle before and after ucceful gonioynechialyi. METHOD: Interventional cae report. Ultraound biomicrocopy uing a 50-MHz tranducer wa performed in the upine poition preoperatively and potoperatively in a 76-year-old woman with angle-cloure glaucoma. REULT: Ultraound biomicrocopy of the anterior chamber angle demontrated retoration of an open anterior chamber angle after gonioynechialyi. CONCLUION: High-reolution imaging of the anterior egment to evaluate preoperative and potoperative anatomy may be ueful in eye undergoing gonioynechialyi.
