METHOD: Obervational cae report. Clinical ophthalmic examination and ocular motility recording were performed before and after adminitration of the drug Tenuate Dopan. REULT: The binocular viual acuity of the patient improved from 20/70 to 20/50, her exotropic deviation decreaed from 12 to 4 prim diopter, her tereopi increaed from none to 200 econd/arc, and her ocular motility recording howed increaed foveation period and a broadened null zone. CONCLUION: For unexplained reaon, the anorexic timulant Tenuate Dopan “paradoxically” improved the nytagmu and binocular function in thi patient with congenital nytagmu. Thi obervation may be the bai for invetigation of a new pharmacological treatment approach to patient with congenital nytagmu or trabimu.
