Optic dik druen, peripapillary choroidal neovacularization, and POEM yndrome

PURPOE: To report the cae of a 64-year-old woman with peripheral neuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy, and kin change (POEM) yndrome, Catleman dieae, optic nerve druen, and peripapillary choroidal neovacularization. METHOD: Interventional cae report. Clinical practice. REULT: Laer photocoagulation reolved the peripapillary choroidal neovacularization. CONCLUION: Thi i the firt documented cae of optic dik druen and peripapillary choroidal neovacularization aociated with POEM.
