Abstract :
PURPOE: The purpoe of thi report i to decribe two neuroophthalmic complication that are related by their temporal aociation with a neeze. DEIGN: We decribe obervational cae report of two patient. METHOD: Both patient were examined, and their condition were diagnoed and treated according to tandard indication for each neuroophthalmic condition. REULT: The firt cae decribe a patient who had previouly undergone intracranial urgery, including removal of the clivu and later developed a trochlear nerve parei after a neeze. The econd cae decribe a patient who repeatedly demontrate tranient decreaed perfuion to hi right central retinal artery and an aociated afferent papillary defect after neezing. CONCLUION: The mechanical and hemodynamic force involved in neezing are formidable and may caue permanent cranial neuropathy or temporarily alter ocular blood flow in certain patient
