Amniotic membrane graft for late-onet glaucoma filtering leak

PURPOE: To evaluate the effectivene and afety of amniotic membrane graft in the management of late-onet filtering bleb leak after trabeculectomy with mitomycin C. DEIGN: Propective, noncomparative, interventional cae report. METHOD: Two eye of two patient with late-onet filtering bleb leak received an amniotic membrane graft. REULT: In both patient, bleb leak were cloed uccefully with amniotic membrane graft, and bleb function wa maintained during the follow-up period of 34 and 14 month, repectively. CONCLUION: Amniotic membrane graft may be conidered an alternative method for treating late-onet filtering bleb leak while maintaining bleb function.
