Abstract :
PURPOE: To ae anterior egment anatomy in uveiti-glaucoma- hyphema yndrome. DEIGN: Retropective cae erie. METHOD: Nine peudophakic eye (nine patient) with complete or incomplete uveiti-glaucoma-hyphema yndrome underwent ultraound biomicrocopy. REULT: Ultraound biomicrocopy revealed intraocular len malpoition in each cae. Of the eight eye with poterior chamber intraocular lene, haptic were in contact with the iri pigment epithelium (four eye) or the par plicata (three eye) or prolaped into the angle rece near a filtration bleb internal otium (one eye). All other poterior chamber intraocular len haptic were located in the ciliary ulcu with the exception of two in the capular bag. Both haptic in the eye with the anterior chamber intraocular len had eroded into the ciliary body. CONCLUION: By it ability to detect haptic poition, ultraound biomicrocopy can ait in elucidating the caue of uveiti-glaucoma-hyphema yndrome and in deciding on the coure of treatment.
