Primary adrenal lymphoma with choroidal metatae

PURPOE: To decribe a 71-year-old man with bilateral primary adrenal lymphoma with metatae to the choroid. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: A 71-year-old man preented with decreaed viual acuity in hi left eye econdary to an exudative retinal detachment. Abdominal computed tomography and percutaneou biopy revealed non-Hodgkin large-cell lymphoma involving both adrenal gland. REULT: Ocular and adrenal leion reolved after ix cycle of chemotherapy with cytoxan, adriamycin, vincritine, and prednione. even year after hi initial diagnoi, the patient reported no recurrence of either ocular or ytemic lymphoma. CONCLUION: To our knowledge, thi i the firt cae report of bilateral primary adrenal lymphoma with apparent metatae excluively to the eye
