Metatatic ynovial arcoma to the kull bae and orbit

PURPOE: To report a cae of metatatic ynovial arcoma to the paraellar area and orbit. DEIGN: Interventional cae report. METHOD: A 43-year-old woman with a hitory of a right forearm ynovial arcoma treated with exciion, radiation, and chemotherapy 16 month previouly preented with blurred viion of the right eye, pain with eye movement, epitaxi, and a right uperior diviion cranial nerve III paly. Magnetic reonance imaging howed a right paraellar and right orbital apex ma. REULT: Pathologic examination of the paraellar biopy revealed metatatic ynovial arcoma. At 6-month follow-up, the neuro-ophthalmic examination wa unchanged, and repeat magnetic reonance imaging howed no recurrence of the tumor. CONCLUION: Metatatic ynovial arcoma hould be added to the differential diagnoi of paraellar and orbital tumor.
