Tuberculou granuloma managed by full thickne eye wall reection

Purpoe To report the ue of eye wall reection in the management of tuberculou granuloma. Deign Interventional cae report. Method In a 26-year-old man with biopy-proven tuberculou granuloma of the left eye, total eye wall reection and donor cleral grafting wa performed for management of tuberculou granuloma involving the clera, part of the cornea, the iri, the chamber angle, and the ciliary body. Adjuvant therapy included oral antitubercular medication. Reult The treatment of the infection wa ucceful. The cleral graft healed well, and the crytalline len wa preerved. Concluion Total eye wall reection, a technique decribed in the management of uveal tumor, can be adopted to manage elected cae of tuberculou granuloma of the eye.
