Purpoe To decribe two patient with unique lenticular nodular proliferation. Deign Obervational cae report. Method The clinical hitorie and pathologic finding of two patient with lenticular nodular proliferation were reviewed. Reult One patient with peritent hyperplatic primary vitreou and another patient with trauma developed lenticular nodular proliferation. The nodule were vacularized collection of foamy hitiocyte, multinucleated cell, len capule, and len epithelium that had undergone fibrou metaplaia. The leion were claified a lenticular fibroxanthomatou nodule. Concluion A lenticular fibroxanthomatou nodule i a unique clinicopathologic entity that hould be differentiated from oemmerring ring, Elchnig pearl, and other imulating entitie uch a juvenile xanthogranuloma.
