Abstract :
Purpoe To report on the correlation between indoor mold expoure and a cae of multifocal choroiditi (MFC). Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 37-year-old woman diagnoed with MFC who had had extenive mold expoure underwent an allergic evaluation, including a comprehenive environmental hitory, phyical examination, radioallergoorbent tet, and kin teting. Reult The patient’ viion deteriorated after numerou recurrence of MFC triggered by expoure to extremely high mold environment (mold count recorded between 3,000 and 13,000 mold pore/m3). Concluion Expoure to high indoor mold count environment may be a factor in the etiology of MFC. Further tudie are indicated.
