Purpoe To decribe a cae of imultaneou dermoid cyt in the lateral orbit and temporal foa. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 7-year-old boy with a lateral orbital ma and infratemporal foa ma underwent computed tomography and urgical exciion. Reult Intraoperatively, two ditinct cytic leion were identified. The orbital leion extended jut beneath the lateral rim. The temporal foa leion extended poteriorly along the temporal foa. No bony defect in the lateral orbital wall wa identified, and each ditinct leion wa completely excied. Concluion To our knowledge, thi i the firt reported cae of multiple dermoid cyt in the orbital region. When imaging tudie demontrate eparate cytic leion and do not reveal a bony defect in the lateral orbital wall, multiple leion hould be upected.
