Method Phototherapeutic keratectomy wa performed under clerotic cattering illumination with a vitrectomy-endoilluminator at the limbu. Reult During conventional PTK with diffue illumination, the intraoperative obervation of corneal opacitie are not a good a that with a lit lamp. Converely, ubtle corneal opacitie can be eaily een with clerotic cattering illumination even under a urgical microcope. Concluion The ue of clerotic cattering illumination during PTK i valuable, becaue it provide a better view of opacified tiue and avoid exceive ablation.
