Purpoe To decribe the unuual complication of migration and apparent diappearance of ilicone tube following intubation of the lacrimal drainage ytem. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Report of two patient with an unuual tube migration proce. Reult ilicone tent migrated naally, with healing of the eroion tract in the wake of the migrating tube. One tube became completely internalized. Concluion Meticulou inpection of the medial canthal area in patient with upected pontaneou extruion of ilicone tent from the lacrimal drainage ytem i warranted. Examination under anetheia and naal endocopy may help locate tube in cae of upected naal migration.
