Ruptured retinal arterial macroaneurym aociated with a tage IV macular hole

Purpoe To report a cae of tage IV macular hole aociated with ruptured retinal arterial macroaneurym. Deign Obervational cae report. Method The patient’ clinical, angiographic, and ophthalmic coherent tomography data were reviewed. Reult A tage IV macular hole wa oberved in aociation with a ruptured retinal arterial macroaneurym in a 79-year-old patient. After vitrectomy urgery, the macular hole cloed and viion improved from counting finger to 20/100. Concluion Macular hole aociated with ruptured retinal macroaneurym can be cloed uccefully to reult in improved viion.
