Purpoe To decribe an unuual cae of dieminated porotrichoi with intraocular involvement. Deign Interventional cae report. Reult An 18-year-old man preented with dieminated ulcerated kin leion. Fundu examination howed fluffy opacitie in the vitreou and a retinal granuloma in the left eye. Biopy of the kin leion and lymph node howed the preence of numerou fungu cell. Culture wa poitive for the diagnoi of dieminated porotrichoi. Concluion Although intraocular infection due to porothrix chenckii i uncommon, it can occur in cae of dieminated porotrichoi. ytemic therapy i a ucceful mean to control kin and ocular porotrichoi.
