Reult Thickne of the retinal nerve fiber layer increaed immediately after the trauma but then progreively decreaed. evere lo wa oberved at day 90 and then ceaed. Enlargement of the optic dik cup wa alo oberved. Concluion Thi i the firt report documenting early tranient increae followed by progreive lo of the retinal nerve fiber layer in traumatic optic neuropathy.
