Purpoe To report the treatment of ymptomatic conjunctival lymphangiectai with conjunctival reection. Deign Interventional cae erie. Method Retropective review of three cae of patient with ymptomatic unilateral conjunctival lymphangiectai who had conjunctival reection of the involved tiue down to bare clera. Reult The urgical area reepithelialized without recurrence of the lymphatic. In all cae the patient have remained aymptomatic for at leat 14 month. Concluion Conjunctival reection for ymptomatic lymphangiectai can be a ucceful therapeutic option for thi condition.
