Photodynamic therapy for diffue choroidal hemangioma aociated with turge Weber yndrome

Purpoe To report ucceful treatment of a diffue choroidal hemangioma aociated with chronic retinal detachment. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A patient with bilateral turge Weber yndrome and aociated retinal detachment failed external beam radiation. He wa then treated with ingle eion, multipot photodynamic therapy with verteporfin. Reult There wa prompt reolution of the retinal detachment and ignificant reduction in thickne of the choroidal hemangioma. Concluion Verteporfin therapy may be ueful in diffue choroidal hemangioma
