Clinical agreement among glaucoma expert in the detection of glaucomatou change of the optic dik uing imultaneou tereocopic photograph

Purpoe To evaluate the clinical agreement in the detection of optic dik change in patient with glaucoma uing imultaneou tereophotograph. Deign Maked-oberver variability tudy. Method Ten glaucoma pecialit examined pair of imultaneou tereophotograph of glaucomatou and control optic dik to determine whether there were change compatible with progreion of glaucomatou damage. Reult Intraoberver agreement had a kappa value ranging from 0.55 to 0.78. Interoberver agreement among the glaucoma pecialit had a kappa value ranging from 0.34 to 0.68. Concluion Clinical examination of tereophotograph to detect optic dik change in glaucoma patient ha limitation aociated with uboptimal reproducibility.
