Wavefront analyi in eye with accommodative pam

Purpoe To invetigate change of pherical aberration in eye with accommodative pam. Deign Cae report. Method Four eye of two patient with accommodative pam were tudied. Ocular pherical aberration wa meaured with a Hartmann-hack wavefront aberrometer for the central 4-mm zone. Reult The root mean quare value of pherical aberration were negative (−0.086 ± 0.026 μm root mean quare). However, when the pam of accommodation wa cured or treated with a cycloplegic agent, the value hifted toward poitivity (0.025 ± 0.004 μm root mean quare). Concluion Exceive accommodative tone i manifeted objectively by negative pherical aberration in eye with accommodative pam.
