Purpoe To report the reponivene of the F-36 Health urvey to change in viual acuity among patient with ubfoveal choroidal neovacularization participating in the ubmacular urgery Trial pilot tudy. Deign Cohort tudy. Method Correlation analye were ued to explore relationhip at each time point, and linear regreion wa ued to determine the relation between the 2-year change in F-36 core and viual acuity. Reult A weak, but tatitically ignificant, aociation wa found between the 2-year change in both the Phyical Component ummary core and the Phyical Functioning ubcale with change in viual acuity of the better eye. No aociation wa found between change in viual acuity and the Mental Component ummary core or the Mental Health ubcale. Concluion The F-36 ummary cale and the individual ubcale were minimally reponive to 2-year change in viual acuity in thi ubgroup of patient
