Method A 44-year-old male preented with gradual bilateral blindne that developed within a 24-hour period. He uffered from ethanol-induced evere ketoacidoi and hock and wa reucitated with epinephrine and odium bicarbonate. Reult The treatment of acidoi led to a rapid reolution of the patientʹ blindne. Concluion It i important to undertand the role of evere acidoi a the ole cauative factor of reverible bilateral blindne.
