Cytoid macular edema in a low-rik patient after witching from latanoprot to bimatoprot

Purpoe To report a cae of angiographically documented cytoid macula edema occurring after witching a peudophakic patient from latanoprot to bimatoprot. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 68-year-old man developed intene conjunctival hyperemia and cytoid macula edema after witching from latanoprot to bimatoprot 9 month after cataract urgery in an eye at low-rik for thi cytoid macular edema. Reult Bimatoprot wa dicontinued and diclofenac initiated. After 2 month, viual acuity and ocular hyperemia returned to baeline level. Fundu examination revealed reolution of cytoid macula edema. Concluion It i poible that peudophakic eye that develop intene conjunctival hyperemia aociated with ocular hypotenive lipid might be at higher rik for developing cytoid macula edema
