Purpoe To report a cae of ubperioteal hematoma formation following endovacular tenting and coiling of an arterial aneurym. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 51-year-old woman preented with complaint of udden proptoi, ptoi, and evere orbital pain following endovacular tent placement and coiling procedure of an internal carotid artery aneurym. The patient did not have a hitory of recent head trauma. Reult Magnetic reonance imaging howed a uperior ubperioteal hematoma of the left orbit with downward diplacement of the left uperior rectu mucle. No intervention wa taken, and the patient wa cloely monitored. Her ymptom reolved after 4 week. pontaneou ubperioteal hematoma in the abence of trauma i rare. Concluion Thi i the firt reported cae of ubperioteal hematoma formation following endovacular tenting and coiling of an arterial aneurym, which may have been the manifetation of anticoagulation and change in orbital hemodynamic during and after the procedure
