Purpoe To report an unuual ocular manifetation of cat cratch dieae. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Review of the clinical, laboratory, photographic, and angiographic record of a patient with cat cratch dieae. Reult A 54-year-old woman preented with counting finger viual acuity in the right eye aociated with optic dik edema, diffue choroidal thickening, and panuveiti. Fluorecein angiography howed dik leakage and hyperfluorecent pot with late leakage uggetive of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae. he wa diagnoed with cat cratch dieae by erum antibody titer and clinical coure. Concluion Ocular manifetation of cat cratch dieae can include diffue thickening of the choroid. Cat cratch dieae may manifet with angiographic feature uggetive of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae.
