The effect of autologou erum eyedrop in the treatment of evere dry eye dieae: A propective randomized cae-control tudy

Purpoe To evaluate the effectivene of the autologou erum eyedrop in the treatment of evere dry eye patient. Deign Propective randomized cae-control tudy. Method Thirty-even eye of twenty evere dry eye patient without punctal occluion were enrolled in thi tudy. After 2 week of wahout, they were randomly aigned to two group. Group A patient ued only preervative-free artificial tear, and group patient ued only autologou erum eyedrop. We evaluated the reult of chirmer tet, fluorecein and roe bengal taining core, tear film breakup time (BUT), and ubjective ymptom core before and 2 week after treatment. Reult Mean BUT and fluorecein and roe bengal taining core, a well a ubjective ymptom core, howed ignificant improvement in the patient aigned to autologou erum eyedrop compared with ubject aigned to preervative-free artificial tear after 2 week of treatment. Concluion Autologou erum eyedrop were found effective in the treatment of evere dry eye dieae, a evidenced by improvement of tear tability and ocular urface vital taining core.
