ytemic non-Hodgkin’ lymphoma imulating primary intraocular lymphoma

Purpoe To decribe a cae of an unuual preentation of ytemic non-Hodgkin’ lymphoma with clinical and hitopathologic finding cloely reembling that of primary intraocular lymphoma. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 58-year-old woman with a hitory of treated ytemic non-Hodgkin’ lymphoma preented 2 year later with a ubretinal leion and intraocular inflammation in her left eye. Reult Diagnotic enucleation and hitopathologic tudie revealed finding conitent with primary intraocular lymphoma including intraretinal, ubretinal, and ubretinal pigment epithelial tumor cell without involvement of the choroid. Concluion We conclude that ytemic non-Hodgkin’ lymphoma can preent remotely with finding reembling primary intraocular lymphoma and hould be included in the differential diagnoi of intraocular inflammation and ubretinal infiltrate
