Abstract :
Purpoe
To report a cae of retinal angiomatou proliferation (RAP) treated by ablation of the feeding and draining veel that recurred by 6 month potoperatively.
Deign
Interventional cae report.
Method
Image from fluorecein angiography, indocyanine green (ICG) angiography, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were examined before and after ablation.
Reult
The hot pot on late-phae ICG, the leakage on fluorecein angiography, the pigment epithelial detachment, and macular edema on OCT decreaed potoperatively. However, a large hyperfluorecent leion wa detected on ICG 6 month potoperatively with recurrent cytoid macular edema.
Concluion
A new RAP leion can develop even after the original leion eemed to reolve after ablation.
