Eight month after the firt operation, the patient felt dizzy. Computed tomography (CT), magnetic reonance imaging (MRI), and optical coherence tomography (OCT) canning were performed. Reult The CT imaging, MRI, and OCT howed ilicone oil migrated into the ella citena uperiori and the cerebral ventricle. Follow-up examination wa continued. Concluion Although ilicone oil migrating into the ventricle i unuual, we ugget that every patient undergoing ilicone oil tamponade with poorly controlled high intraocular preure and optic dik atrophy hould be carefully evaluated.
