Deign Clinicopathologic cae report. Method A 76-year-old woman preented complaining of ptoi and wa found to have an orbital leion upected of being a lymphoproliferative malignancy. A biopy of the leion wa performed in the office, and the ample wa proceed uing a touch preparation technique. Reult Genetic analyi utilizing FIH on a touch preparation of the tumor identified the claic 11:14 tranlocation aociated with a mantle cell lymphoma. Concluion FIH ha become ueful in the differential diagnoi of lymphoproliferative leion. The touch preparation method require maller amount of tiue than tandard method, and ample may be obtained in an office etting.
