Purpoe To report the unuual cae of retinal leukemic infiltration in a child with adult-type chronic myelocytic leukemia. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Complete ophthalmologic examination, including viual acuity meaurement and funducopy. The diagnoi wa etablihed by blood cell count and confirmed by a poitive Philadelphia-chromoome tranlocation (t [9,22]). Treatment conited of hydroxyurea and tem-cell tranplantation. Reult After therapy, complete regreion of the retinal leion wa oberved with full recovery of viual acuity. Concluion Thi cae underline the importance of interdiciplinary cooperation between ophthalmologit and pediatric oncologit in the diagnoi and treatment of thi dieae.
