Corneal Topographic Change After Tranconjunctival (25-gauge) uturele Vitrectomy

Purpoe To evaluate the topographic change in the cornea after par plana vitrectomy (PPV) with 25-gauge tranconjunctival uturele vitrectomy (TV) ytem. Deign Propective, interventional cae erie. Method In thi propective tudy, we evaluated the topographic change of the cornea in 32 eye of 32 patient who underwent PPV with the 25-gauge TV ytem. The topographic parameter that were analyzed tatitically were the average corneal power, corneal urface cylinder, urface aymmetry index, and urface regularity index. Mean induced atigmatim wa etimated by vector analyi oftware. Wilcoxon tet wa ued for tatitical analyi. Reult There wa no ignificant change in average corneal power, corneal urface cylinder, urface aymmetry index, and urface regularity index parameter at firt day, firt week, and firt month after the operation. Mean induced atigmatim wa 0.38 diopter at 15 degree. Concluion Corneal urface and atigmatic change were oberved to be inignificant in the early potoperative period after PPV with the 25-gauge TV ytem.
