Par Plana Vitrectomy With Ga Tamponade for Lamellar Macular Hole

Purpoe To report anatomic and viual improvement after par plana vitrectomy with ga tamponade for a lamellar macular hole with poor central viual acuity. Deign Two interventional cae report. Method Two patient with a lamellar macular hole underwent vitrectomy, internal limiting membrane peeling, and long-acting ga injection. Main outcome meaure included bet-corrected viual acuity, biomicrocopic appearance, and optical coherence tomography finding. Reult Vitrectomy with ga tamponade reulted in biomicrocopic, functional, and tomographic improvement in both patient for follow-up period of 12 month. Concluion Vitrectomy with ga tamponade may be an effective method for a lamellar macular hole with poor viual acuity.
